An independent studio
building worlds it owns
TW3 Studios is an independent entertainment company headquartered in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, with operations in Los Angeles. We build original intellectual property across film, AI production and music, and we own everything we make.
The studio was founded by writer-director-producer Tom Walsh, a graduate of NYU's Tisch School of the Arts. Over three decades he has produced and directed live-action features, computer-animated motion pictures, network television and critically acclaimed video games, supervising creative teams across Los Angeles, New York, Miami, Hong Kong, Beijing and Zhuhai.
That traditional foundation is exactly what makes our AI work credible. We know what finished frames are supposed to look like, because we have been delivering them for thirty years. AI gave that judgment a faster instrument. It did not replace it.
The proof is Merry The Christmas Witch: a finished feature-length film, written and delivered entirely in-house.

Development Activities
TW3 follows a structured development process designed to transform original ideas into fully realized entertainment properties, ready for production and long-term franchise expansion.
Concept & World Building
Original ideas expand into complete worlds: characters, narrative frameworks, scripts, visual development. Creative direction and franchise potential are set here.
Production Pipeline
Projects move into a scalable pipeline that fuses traditional filmmaking technique with AI-driven workflows, across features, episodic content and immersive media.
Content & Iteration
An integrated pipeline lets us keep improving the work while holding quality at every stage of production, rather than trading it away for speed.
Franchise Expansion
Every property is built for long-term value, supporting expansion into sequels, licensing, merchandising and cross-platform storytelling.
Character IP Library
The studio's
deepest asset
The library runs to more than 480 characters, and Tom Walsh made over 280 of them himself. Seventeen motion picture, television and streaming properties have come out of it so far.
Not one of them was licensed in from another studio. That is the practical difference: when a title gets a green light, the design work and the rights are already in the building.
